Explore wellbeing day ideas →Understand the price drivers and compare the full delivery model rather than headline session rates.
Explore costs & pricing →See what changes when an experience needs to work for hundreds of people rather than a small team.
Explore large-group connection →High-pressure working environments can leave people carrying sustained cognitive and emotional load, with less recovery, lower energy, weaker connection and greater risk of disengagement. Many organisations already provide wellbeing content and support; the gap is often participation, felt impact and a clear way to understand what changed.
Luminous Experiences is designed as a professionally facilitated experiential intervention: a shared live experience, structured reflection, optional digital integration and measurable aggregate insight where contracted. It complements existing EAP, Occupational Health and wellbeing provision rather than replacing them.
Guided attention, movement, breath and structured transitions create practical space for people to downshift from sustained work mode and reconnect with recovery.
Embodied, participative delivery creates a different entry point from another content library or information-led wellbeing session.
Shared participation gives colleagues a way to experience one another beyond task, hierarchy and role, without requiring personal disclosure.
Where the Portal is included, Luminous can extend the experience through structured integration and appropriately aggregated participation and outcome insight.
The half-day is 3.5 hours. The exact order is adapted to the brief, group and venue, but the core journey is designed to move people through arrival, shared participation, immersive guided work, movement, stillness and reflection.
A warm, intentional opening that helps people arrive, transition out of work mode and understand what will happen. Participation is voluntary and the corporate experience is framed inclusively.
A professionally facilitated warm-up prepares the room physically and socially before the higher-energy L.E.D. section.
Music, focused attention, breath, imagery and guided reflection create a deeper reset before the movement arc.
Participants move through the structured five-stage L.E.D. flow: warm-up, shake, freestyle dance, wind-down and stillness, using silent-disco headphones.
The experience deliberately slows. Yoga mats support the quieter closing phase where required, giving people time to settle before returning to the working day.
Participants are guided to notice what shifted, what they want to carry forward and how the experience can translate back into work, culture and relationships.
Headphones create an immersive personal sound world while people remain part of one shared room. Guided movement, reflection and carefully held transitions give colleagues a chance to step outside ordinary work roles and participate together in a genuinely different way.

Wireless headphones create an immersive individual experience while colleagues remain part of one collective space.

Clear instruction, active facilitation and structured transitions distinguish Luminous from an unstructured silent-disco session.
Every live booking includes the operational work needed to create a safe, coherent and professionally produced Luminous Experience.
Both options retain the same Luminous production standard. The full day creates more space for a second experiential arc, deeper integration, longer breaks and more tailored group work.
Best for wellbeing days, employee experience programmes, away days, conference side-programming and team connection events where the organisation wants one substantial shared intervention.
For organisations that want more depth: additional experiential work, more integration time and a broader day architecture rather than one contained half-day intervention.
Luminous prices the live experience as a whole production rather than charging a small workshop rate. At full capacity, the entry half-day is £45 per participant.
Travel, accommodation, venue, catering and exceptional/additional production requirements are scoped separately where required.
Alongside the core half-day and full-day formats, selected briefs can include high-energy L.E.D., guided reset spaces and other tailored experiential elements adapted to the audience, venue and purpose. Any specialist or ceremonial element sits within a separately scoped bespoke brief rather than the standard corporate programme.
Headphone-led music and movement for conferences, festivals and larger shared settings.
A quieter immersive option using guided experience, reflection and intentional recovery.
A tailored participative format designed around the audience, setting and organisational purpose, with clear choice, professional boundaries and voluntary participation.
Charmaine Davis spent seventeen years in banking before burnout changed the direction of her life. Her subsequent study and training spans psychotherapy and counselling, shamanic practice, ecstatic dance and years of experiential facilitation.
That combination matters in corporate settings. Luminous does not ask employees to adopt private-practice language, spiritual beliefs or unfamiliar frameworks. The work is translated into inclusive, professionally facilitated experiences with clear boundaries, voluntary participation and a practical organisational context.
“I am not asking organisations to come into my world. I am bringing the work carefully and professionally into theirs.”
Charmaine Davis · Founder, Luminous Experiences by Luminous Living

Charmaine leads the Luminous methodology and the translation of the work into modern organisational settings.
The live event can continue through a 90-day Portal pilot or annual licence, giving people guided journeys, micro-practices and structured integration after the shared experience.
Live experience → private reflection → continued integration → aggregate organisational insight.
Individual employee reflections are not provided to the employer.

This genuine Coursebox build view shows the structured Portal architecture taking shape, giving organisations visible evidence of the digital continuation behind the live Luminous Experience.
Luminous is designed to complement an organisation’s existing wellbeing provision rather than compete with it. The approach aligns with relevant principles in Business in the Community’s Workwell Model, particularly prevention and whole-person wellbeing, better work, inclusive participation, leadership responsibility and appropriate specialist support.
Shared experiences create a practical wellbeing layer before support needs become solely clinical or reactive.
Luminous can sit alongside EAP, Occupational Health, leadership activity and wider People & Culture programmes as one part of a broader system.
Where contracted, the Portal can support appropriately aggregated participation and outcome themes while private employee reflections remain private.
Luminous Experiences is not presented as BITC-accredited, BITC-approved or endorsed by BITC. The reference is to alignment with relevant Workwell principles.
Corporate delivery uses inclusive, non-religious language. No spiritual belief is required, participation is voluntary and employees are not required to disclose personal information.
Luminous is not a substitute for EAP, Occupational Health or clinical care. It sits alongside existing support as a preventative, participative experiential layer.
Movement and reflective activities are framed with choice, alternatives and practical guidance rather than pressure to perform.
Scope, participant numbers, logistics, venue needs, equipment, event flow and responsibilities are clarified before delivery.
Independent recognition sits alongside founder background, real participant reviews and visible delivery evidence when Luminous is assessed by HR, People, Culture, procurement or partners.

The words below come from people who have experienced Luminous directly across L.E.D. and private practice. They speak to the care, safety, energy and quality of facilitation that sit behind every Luminous experience.
“I absolutely recommend Luminous Ecstatic Dance, it’s a time to find yourself and reflect, the amount of effort that goes into these events behind the scenes is massive and it shows in the work done. The kindness, safety and love that you feel when you attend, and each event goes from strength to strength. It is also a great event to meet new like minded people and forge life long friendships.”
