A four-year experiential pathway of teaching, journeying, ceremony, practice and integration through South, West, North and East. It is for people who feel drawn to shamanic practice and want to build a relationship with the work over time — for personal growth, deeper spiritual practice, future practitioner work or a more conscious way of meeting life.
Some students come because shamanic practice has already helped them personally. Some feel a strong pull towards spiritual learning but do not know where to begin. Some want to develop skills they may eventually use with others. What matters more than having prior knowledge is being willing to practise, reflect and give the work time to become part of your life.
Each direction is followed by a year of practice and integration. The pace is intentional: you have time to experience the teachings, notice what changes and build confidence before moving on.
The pathway includes journeying, ceremony, energetic practice, paired work, reflection, group support and rites of passage, allowing the learning to be felt and practised as well as understood.
The Bridge is a two-day introduction to the Luminous approach. It gives you a meaningful experience of the work before deciding whether the Luminous Medicine Wheel is the right longer path for you.
Two days of guided teaching, ceremony and experiential practice for people who want to understand the Luminous approach before making a longer commitment.
The Bridge is £400. You can come because you are curious, because you want a deeper personal experience or because you are considering practitioner training and want to feel the work for yourself first.
Teachings, journeys, ceremony, paired practice, reflection and integration are woven together so the work can become part of how you live and practise.
Each direction is taught across four in-person days, arranged in two blocks, followed by a year in which the learning is practised and integrated. Cohorts are intentionally small, with up to eight students per direction each year.
The pathway is intentionally progressive. Students develop personal practice and practitioner capability over time rather than collecting disconnected techniques.
The Luminous Medicine Wheel is a progressive four-year pathway. Each direction builds on the one before it: South → West → North → East.
Foundational work with embodiment, clearing, relationship to the physical body, stones and energetic practice.
Each direction is taught across four in-person days arranged in two blocks, followed by a year in which the learning is practised and integrated.
Deeper practitioner development focused on release, shadow, boundaries, energetic skill and the courage to meet what is present.

The North Direction includes a 24-hour Vision Quest in nature with your mesa, held within the year-long integration structure.

East completes the four-direction Luminous Medicine Wheel pathway.
